Hors D'Oeurvre Menu

Stuffed Mejool dates

Filled with herbed Bourisn cheese and topped with crushed pistachio and king crab.

Prosciutto wrapped mango slices

Real Italian prosciutto surrounding fresh sliced mango.

Imported and domestic cheeses

Contrasting tastes and textures including Jarlsberg, Pecorino, Irish Cheddar, Chevre, Gloucester with Stilton, and Colby Jack. Served with water crackers.

Roasted beef tenderloin

Herb rolled and sliced thin. Accompanied by horseradish sour cream, raspberry stone ground mustard, sweet onion marmalade, and roasted garlic - all made from scratch in our kitchen.

Salmon trio

  •  Whole sides of Atlantic salmon poached in Sauvignon Blanc served with a cucumber dill yogurt sauce.
  • Smoked salmon roses filled with horseradish-chive cream cheese.
  • Pepper-cured smoked salmon wrapped around a sun-dried tomato.
  • Petite crème brûlée

    Decadent vanilla bean custard with a carmelized sugar crust served in a crisp tartlet shell.

    Crudités

    Assorted vegetables artfully displayed. Varieties may include sweet peppers, locally grown summer squash, orange cauliflower and sugar snap peas. Accompanied with a from-scratch roasted red pepper hummus.

    Fresh seasonal fruit

    Featured fruits may include yellow baby watermelon, golden raspberries, kiwi, mangoes, or papaya all served with an organic, mixed berry poppy seed yogurt.
